Due to the heat-sealing process, certain toppings (such as caramel or glaze) may adhere to the packaging. Kay’s Kiddie Kreationz is not responsible for damage or mishandling caused by third-party shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for cookies damaged during transit.
Processing & Shipping Times:
Kay’s Kiddie Kreationz ships fresh cookies every Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed during the week will ship the following week.
